Experiential marketing is the hardest channel to measure.
Best Guests is event marketing measurement software. It turns the guest list from an event into a measurable audience record: who came, what they posted, what the activation was worth, and who is worth inviting back.
Why event data disappears
Every other marketing channel reports on itself. An event produces more signal than any of them and keeps almost none of it.
The list is a receipt
It sits in whatever platform sold the tickets, as a name and an email. By the next event it is a spreadsheet nobody opens.
The content is on other feeds
Attendees post, which is the whole point of a live moment. It gets screenshotted by whoever remembers, then expires.
The report is guesswork
A headcount, a folder of screenshots and an estimate of reach, assembled by hand weeks later. Nobody can compare it to the last one.
Nothing compounds
The tenth event starts from the same blank page as the first. The people who always show up are never identified, so never invited on purpose.
Where Best Guests fits
Not in place of the tools already in use. Ticketing, RSVPs, invitations and production all stay where they are.
Best Guests picks up where those tools stop caring: the moment the doors close and the guest list becomes a file with no obvious use.
One import starts it. From there the list stops being a receipt and becomes a record that gets more useful with every event added to it.
- Every guest resolved to a real person
- Posts found and attributed automatically
- One report per event, built the same way
- An audience that carries to the next one
What it does with a guest list
Four capabilities, each starting from the same import and compounding on the last.
Guest list enrichment
A name and an email is not an audience. Enrichment is the step that makes every number after it mean something.
Read moreEvent performance
The main thing the product is for. One report that says what the event produced and how it compares to the last one.
Read moreContent capture
Attendees post. Finding all of it by hand is the job nobody has time for, and the reason earned media goes unreported.
Read moreGuest network
A guest list is worth more the second time you use it. Every event adds to one audience record, which is what makes the next one easier to fill.
Read moreWhere this came from
Best Guests was built by people who spent years producing marketing events and brand experiences for some of the largest companies in the world.
Enough activations to know the pattern. The event goes well, the room is full, the content is everywhere. Then the reporting turns into a week of guesswork, because nothing was built to capture what actually happened.
That gap got worked around for years with spreadsheets, screenshot folders and invented benchmarks. Working around it stopped being acceptable.
So the tool that should have existed got built instead. Best Guests is the version of experiential measurement its authors wanted back when they were the ones being asked what the event was worth.
Frequently asked questions
What does Best Guests actually do?
It takes a guest list from an event, matches each person on it to their public profile, finds the content they posted about the event, and produces a report on what the event was worth. Every event adds to one audience record you can segment and invite from later.
Does it replace the platform I sell tickets on?
No. Keep using Luma, Partiful, Posh, Eventbrite or whatever fits the event. Best Guests starts after the event, from the guest list that platform gives you.
What data does it need to work?
A guest list with names and email addresses is enough to start. Social handles, ticket type and check-in status all improve the result where the source platform provides them.
Is earned media value an audited figure?
No, and no tool should tell you otherwise. Earned media value is a modelled estimate built from the content and engagement available for an event. It is useful for comparing events to each other and for showing scale. It is not an accounting number.
Can it be used today?
Best Guests is in early access. Book a demo to see it against a real guest list, or join the waitlist for an invitation as capacity opens up.
